Based on the in-game vehicle Chevrolet Caprice Pursuit, this is basically the police car retextured. There a few other differences, such as an antenna in the back, and new passenger/driver models. An excellently retextured vehicle, this made me feel like I was in an actual New York City cab, the city which I live in.
